Delete your account

From the app (recommended)
Account deletion is built into the app and takes effect immediately: 1. Open the Profile tab; 2. Tap "Delete my account"; 3. Confirm in the dialog.
What gets deleted
Your account and all associated data are permanently erased from our servers: email address, profile, resolutions, tracked days, notes, SOS journal, notification history and subscription status. This action is irreversible.
Plus subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Remember to cancel it from your store settings (Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, Profile → Payments and subscriptions on Google Play).
Without access to the app
If you can no longer access the app, send your deletion request to support@gonnachange.com from the account's email address. We process it within 30 days, in accordance with the GDPR.
